Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 August 2026
AutoApply ("the Service") is operated from India ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
AutoApply finds publicly posted job openings, scores them against your resume and stated preferences, and — where you instruct it to — fills and submits job application forms on your behalf using the information you provide. Some employers and job sites cannot be applied to automatically; those jobs are labeled accordingly and open for you to apply yourself.
2. Your authorization
When you approve an application, or turn on automatic submission, you expressly authorize AutoApply to act as your agent for that purpose: to enter your information into the employer's application form, attach your resume and related documents, answer screening questions using the facts and answers you have saved, and submit the application in your name. Everything submitted is drawn from information you provided. You are responsible for keeping that information truthful and current.
3. No guarantees
- We do not guarantee you will get interviews, offers, or employment.
- We do not guarantee that any specific application will submit successfully. Employer forms change without notice; when an automated submission cannot finish, we tell you and mark the application as needing your attention.
- Job listings come from employers and public sources; we do not verify every listing and do not guarantee any listing is genuine, current, or free of errors.
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
4. AI-generated content
Some content (tailored resumes, cover letters, answers to open-ended questions) is drafted with artificial intelligence, constrained to material from your own resume and saved facts, and shown to you in your account. You are responsible for reviewing content submitted on your behalf; automatic submission means you accept content generated under these constraints without prior review.
5. Acceptable use
- One account per person; you must provide your own real identity and career information.
- Do not use the Service to submit false information to employers.
- Do not attempt to access other users' data, probe, overload, or disrupt the Service.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules or abuse the Service.
6. Plans and billing
- Paid plans are charged in advance and grant access for the purchased period. Prices are shown before you pay, in your regional currency where supported.
- Daily and lifetime usage limits for each plan are stated on the pricing page.
- Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refunds policy.
- We may change prices with notice; changes never apply retroactively to time you have already paid for.
7. Your data
Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect, why, who it reaches, and how to export or delete it. It is part of these terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of employment opportunities, earnings, or data caused by events outside our reasonable control.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts for breach of these terms. Fees already paid are handled per the refunds policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced in the product or by email. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
