What does AutoApply actually do?
It watches employers' own career sites (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Recruitee, SmartRecruiters, Workday and more), scores every new job against your resume within minutes of posting, and can fill and submit application forms for you under rules you set.
Where can it apply automatically?
Fully automatic submission works on company-hosted Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable and Recruitee forms. Workday and LinkedIn are labeled Assisted, and everything else is labeled Manual and opens the posting for you. Every job card states its label up front, so you always know before you click.
Will this get my LinkedIn or Naukri account banned?
No, because we never log in to them. Applications go to employers' own career pages, where no platform account is involved. We deliberately do not automate LinkedIn Easy Apply or Naukri applications from our servers.
Will the AI make things up about me?
No. Personal facts (salary, notice period, work authorization) come only from answers you saved, never from a model's guess. Resume tailoring is verified against your original resume and cannot add a skill or employer you don't have. When a form asks something we can't answer honestly, the application pauses and asks you once; your answer is reused everywhere after that.
How much does it cost?
The Free plan includes 5 scored matches and your first 7 applications, no card needed. Paid plans are monthly: Full Access (₹99 / $9) unlocks every job and 20 applies a day, AI Assist (₹499 / $19) adds AI-written resumes and answers, and Auto Apply (₹999 / $39) submits for you, up to 50 a day. How do I pay, and how do I cancel?
Payments run through Razorpay: cards, and UPI Autopay in India. Plans renew monthly; cancel in Settings and access simply runs to the end of the period you paid for. Your first paid period comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee (see Refunds).
Do you guarantee interviews or offers?
No, and you should distrust anyone who does. We get your application in early and complete; interviews and offers are the employer's decision. What we can show you is exactly what was submitted, where, and when.
What happens when a form needs something only I can do?
The application is marked Needs you in your dashboard with the exact reason (a verification code, a question we can't answer), and you get one email telling you what and where. Nothing is submitted half-filled.
What happens to my resume and data?
Your resume is stored to match and apply for you, and for nothing else. You can export everything or delete your account (and all personal data with it) from Settings at any time, no email required. Full details in the Privacy Policy.
Does it work on my phone / Mac / Windows?
Yes. AutoApply runs entirely in the browser, nothing to install, and the whole app is built for phone, tablet and desktop screens. The applying itself happens on our servers, so it keeps working when your device is off.
Which countries are covered?
Job sources are global: employers' own career sites worldwide, plus remote boards, LinkedIn's public search, and Indian sources including Naukri. Pricing is regional (INR, USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, SGD, AED).
