What these words mean
- Operational
- The part finished a run within its normal window.
- Degraded
- It is still running but behind schedule. In practice that means new jobs and match scores show up later than usual, and applications you queued may go out on a later cycle. Nothing is dropped and nothing needs redoing.
- Paused
- Background work is deliberately switched off, usually during maintenance. Jobs already collected stay searchable and your saved data is untouched.
- Down
- That part has stopped producing and needs a person to look at it. Queued applications wait rather than being lost.
- Cannot check
- This page could not reach the engine, so it has no reading to report.
How this page is measured
Every reading above comes from the engine reporting when each background loop last finished a run, read fresh each time this page loads. There is no uptime percentage, no historical incident log and no service level agreement here, because we do not yet record any of those. When we start recording them, they will appear here.
